ATFBank drawn to administrative responsibility

/KASE, September 24, 14/ – ATFBank JSC (Almaty), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE of receiving from the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan a written warning of September 12, 2014 for "Violating item 2 of article 3-1 of the Act of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On the Securities Market", second paragraph of item 27 of the Rules of applying restricted enforcement measures to an entity of the securities market and (or) person having features of a major participant, major participant of an investment portfolio management organization, approved by Resolution No. 183 of Management Board of National Bank of July 26, 2013".
