/KASE, September 25, 14/ – Kazkommertsbank JSC (Almaty, hereinafter – the Bank),
whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
provided KASE with the following press-release of September 24, 2014:

Kazkommertsbank has started accepting and maintaining cards of the international
payment system UnionPay International (formerly, China UnionPay) in own ATM
network and POS-terminals, and by the beginning of 2015 it intends to start
issuing cards.
The respective agreement was reached during the meeting of a member of the
Board of Directors and general director of UnionPay International Mr. Cia Jianbo
and managing directors of Kazkommertsbank Magzhan Auezov and Nurlan Zhagiparov.
