officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter
informed KASE of the following:

Rating agency Expert RA Kazakhstan LLP has affirmed the creditworthiness rating
of PAVLODARENERGO JSC at level А+ "Very high level of creditworthiness" and
reliability rating of the first issue of bonds (NIN KZ2C0Y10C606) at level А+
"Very high level of reliability".
