/KASE, September 29, 14/ – Accumulative pension fund "Capital" - subsidiary organization of Bank CenterCredit JSC (Almaty, hereinafter – the company), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that on October 28, 2014 at 10:00 o'clock a special general meeting of its shareholders will being with the agenda as follows: - on voluntary delisting of the company shares; - on voluntary re-organization of the company by way of merging with "BCC Invest" – subsidiary organization Bank CenterCredit JSC and determining the procedure, term and offering price of the company shares; - on early termination of powers of members of the company's Board of Directors; - on annulling the company shares issue.
