/KASE, September 30, 14/ – Following a decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Management Board, as of October 1, 2014 trade in the following international bonds of Alliance Bank JSC (Almaty) will be suspended: - XS0495755562, XS0495755646 (KASE official list, Rated Debt Securities category, АSBNe8); - XS0496645085, XS0496645242 (KASE official list, Rated Debt Securities category, АSBNe9); - XS0495755729, XS0495756024 (KASE official list, Rated Debt Securities category, ASBNe10) - XS0495756370, XS0495756453 (KASE official list, Rated Debt Securities category, АSBNe11); - XS0496645671, XS0496645838 (KASE official list, Rated Debt Securities category, АSBNe12); - XS0496645911, XS0496646059 (KASE official list, Rated Debt Securities category, АSBNe13). This decision was taken in accordance with sub-item 5) of item 1 of article 35 of the Listing Rules due to Alliance Bank conducting a restructuring of its liabilities.
