Extraordinary general meeting of Subsidiary Bank Sberbank of Russia shareholders scheduled for October 31, 2014

/KASE, October 1, 14/ – Subsidiary Bank "Sberbank of Russia" JSC (Almaty, hereinafter – the bank), bonds of which are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that an extraordinary general meeting of its shareholders will be held on October 31, 2014 at 10:00 o'clock, with the agenda as follows: - on electing a new member of the bank's Board of Directors; - on determining the term of office for the elected member of the bank's Board of Directors. The meeting will take place at 13/1 Al-Farabi str., Almaty. Participants' registration starts at 09:30 o'clock. The list of shareholders entitled to participation in the said meeting will be drawn up as of October 15, 2014. In case of no quorum a repeated meeting will be held on November 3, 2014 on the same time and at the same address. [2014-10-01]
