Delta Bank receives warning for committing administrative violation

/KASE, October 10, 14/ – Delta Bank JSC (Almaty), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE that the "National bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan on October 7, 2014 issued a warning No.14 0000 803 000810 according to part three of article 168-6 of Kazakhstan's Administrative Violations Code (administrative violation in form of provision by currency control agents of unreliable accounts on client's operations)".
