KASE Listing commission approves inclusion of proposed National company KazMunayGaz bonds in KASE official list's Rated Debt Securities category

/KASE, October 20, 14/ – Following a decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing commission of October 15, 2014 consent was granted for inclusion of proposed bonds of National company KazMunayGaz JSC (Astana) in the Rated Debt Securities category of KASE official list. This decision is at the same time a decision on inclusion of the mentioned bonds in KASE official list by the said category, which will take effect after the issuer fulfills terms set out by items 1-2 of article 18 of KASE internal document "Listing Rules". More details on the mentioned bond issue will be published on KASE website after the said decision of the Listing commission has taken effect. [2014-10-20]
