As of October 20, 2014 ordinary shares KZ1C33160017 (KZ1C00000843, NGDM) of Accumulative pension fund NefteGas - Dem removed from KASE official list at issuer request

/KASE, October 20, 14/ – Following a decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing Commission, as of October 20, 2014 ordinary shares KZ1C33160017 (KZ1C00000843, NGDM) of Accumulative pension fund "NefteGas – Dem" JSC (Aktobe, hereinafter – the Fund) are removed from KASE official list at request of their issuer. In KASE conclusion of October 14, 2014 it is said that KASE received from Accumulative pension fund "NefteGas – Dem" JSC the following documents: - an application of October 1, 2014 for deliberate delisting of the mentioned shares; - a copy of an extract from the minutes the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of the Fund on October 1, 2014 where a unanimous decision on deliberate delisting of the mentioned shares was taken; - an extract from the system of registries of holders of the mentioned shares according to which as of October 1, 2014 one legal entity and seven individuals were shareholders of Accumulative pension fund "NefteGas – Dem" JSC. The major shareholder of the Fund was AMF Group JSC (Astana; 25 % of the total number of the Fund's outstanding shares). Based on the above-mentioned and in accordance with sub-item 1) item 1 of article 19 of KASE internal document "Listing Rules" the mentioned shares were delisted. The mentioned shares were included in KASE official list's third category as of November 5, 2012. Trade in them opened as of November 12, 2012.
