/KASE, October 20, 14/ – Following a decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing Commission, as of October 20, 2014 ordinary shares CA02216R1064 (CA_ALTN) of ALTYNALMAS GOLD LTD. (Vancouver) are removed from KASE official list at request of their issuer. In KASE conclusion of October 15, 2014 it is said that KASE received from ALTYNALMAS GOLD LTD. the following documents: - an application of October 10, 2014 for deliberate delisting of the mentioned shares; - a decision of the sole shareholder of ALTYNALMAS GOLD LTD. of October 9, 2014 on deliberate delisting of the mentioned shares. Based on the above-mentioned and in accordance with sub-item 1) item 1 of article 19 of KASE internal document "Listing Rules" the mentioned shares were delisted. The mentioned shares were included in KASE official list's third category as of May 12, 2014. Trade in them opened as of August 7, 2014.
