/KASE, October 21, 14/ – Mortgage organization "Kazakhstan Mortgage Company" JSC
(Almaty, hereinafter – the company), whose securities are officially listed on
Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a copy of a letter from
the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank) dated October 9,
2014 on approval of the report on results of offering of the company's shares.
According to the mentioned document:
- National Bank approved the report on results of placement of the company's
shares for the period from February 9 to August 8, 2014;
- as of August 8, 2014 7,870,220 ordinary shares of the Bank were unplaced; its
share capital equaled to KZT58,126,461,050.00.
