Eurasian Bank drawn to administrative responsibility

/KASE, October 23, 14/ – Eurasian Bank JSC (Almaty, hereinafter – the Bank), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE that "based on Resolution of Supervisory judge panel on civil and administrative cases of the supreme Court of Republic of Kazakhstan No. 3гп-553-14 of October 12, 2014 (arrived in the Bank on October 21, 2014) the Bank was drawn to administrative responsibility for committing an administrative violation stipulated by part 1 of article 217 of Kazakhstan's Administrative Violations Code in the form of a penalty to the amount of KZT471,995".
