/KASE, October 24, 14/ – ATFBank JSC (Almaty, hereinafter – the bank), whose
securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
provided KASE with a copy of a letter from the National Bank of the Republic of
Kazakhstan (National Bank) dated October 17, 2014 on approval of the report on
results of offering of the bank's shares in the period from March 8 to
September 7, 2014.
According to the mentioned document:
- National Bank approved the report on results of placement of the bank's
shares in the period from March 8 to September 7, 2014;
- As of September 7, 2014 8,705,267 ordinary shares of the bank remained
unplaced; its share capital equaled to KZT168,170,444,000.00.
