National Bank approves report on results of placement of bonds KZP01Y07C178 (KZ2C00000438, TXBNb4) of Subsidiary Bank "Sberbank of Russia" in period from February 26 to August 25, 2014

/KASE, November 6, 14/ – Subsidiary Bank "Sberbank of Russia" JSC (Almaty), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a copy of an official letter from the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank) of October 1, 2014, according to which the National Bank approved the report on results of placement of bonds KZP01Y07C178 (KZ2C00000438, KASE official list, Rated Debt Securities category, TXBNb4; KZT1, KZT5.0 bn; August 26, 2010 – August 26, 2017, semi-annual coupon 9.00 % p.a., 30/360) of Subsidiary Bank "Sberbank of Russia" JSC for the period from February 26 to August 25, 2014. According to the letter provided, no bonds were offered in the period under review; as of August 25, 2014 297,100,000 of the said bonds remained unplaced. [2014-11-06]
