/KASE, November 11, 14/ – Kazkommertsbank JSC (Almaty), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with the following press-release: quote Kazkommertsbank ("KKB"), one of the largest banks in Kazakhstan and Central Asia, today announces the sale of 0.92% of JSC BTA Bank's common shares to K. Rakishev at a price of 0.24162 tenge per common share. This transaction is based on an earlier agreement to equally distribute common shares purchased by KKB and Mr. Rakishev from BTA's minority shareholders.
