Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing Commission of November 7, 2014,
KZP02Y05D707 (KZ2C00002863; KZT1,000, KZT60.0 bn; November 12, 2014 –
November 12, 2019, annual coupon 8.4 % p.a.; 30/360) of Kazkommertsbank JSC
(Almaty) were included in the Rated Debt Securities category of KASE official
list.
The Listing Commission decision is effective as of November 12, 2014 after the
issuer fulfilled terms set in sub-item 2) item 1 of article 18 of KASE internal
document "Listing Rules".
Opening of KASE trading in these bonds will also be announced additionally.
