Imstalcon says National Bank of Republic of Kazakhstan approved report on results of placement of company shares ion period from March 11 to October 10, 2014

/KASE, November 13, 14/ – Imstalcon JSC (Almaty, hereinafter – the Company), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE by an official letter that "on October 23, 2014 the National Bank of Republic of Kazakhstan approved the report on results of placement of shares of the Company in period from March 11, 2014 until October 10, 2014. In the mentioned period no shares of the Company were offered. As of October 10, 2014 4,000,000 ordinary shares and 1,000,000 preferred shares of the Company remained unplaced". [2014-11-13]
