Alliance Bank announces publishing addition to information memorandum and intention to conduct calls with investors

/KASE, November 13, 14/ – Alliance Bank JSC (Almaty), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), today provided KASE with the following press-release: quote JSC Alliance Bank (the "Bank") announced today that it has published a supplement to the Information Memorandum dated 13 October 2014 in connection with its Restructuring and the Consolidation (the "Supplemental Information Memorandum"). The Supplemental Information Memorandum is available on the Bank's website at www.alb.kz/en/investor_relations, to eligible persons after completion of specified certification procedures. The Bank is also pleased to announce that it intends to host calls via webcasts for investors and the press after the completion of the Claimants' Meeting on 19 November 2014. The first webcast will take place on 20 November at 3:00 p.m. Almaty time (5:00 p.m. Hong Kong time, 9 a.m. London time). The second webcast will take place on the same day at 8:00 p.m. Almaty time (2:00 p.m. London time, 9:00 a.m. New York time).
