/KASE, November 14, 14/ – Eurasian Bank JSC (Almaty), whose bonds are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with copies of
registered changes and additions in the issue prospectus of its bonds
KZP05Y06D252 (KZ2C00002467, KASE official list, Rated Debt Securities category,
EUBNb12; KZT100, KZT5.0 bn; January 10, 2014 – January 10, 2020, semi-annual
coupon 9.00 % p.a., 30/360) and a certificate of state registration of a
securities issue of October 31, 2014 replacing the one issued earlier.
According to the mentioned documents:
- National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank) has registered
changes and additions in the mentioned bond issue prospectus;
- the mentioned certificate was replaced due to a change of the circulation term
of the mentioned bonds;
- the circulation term of the mentioned bonds was reduced from eight to six
years;
- the mentioned bond issue prospectus was entered in the State registry of
serial securities under No. D25-5.
Changes and additions in the mentioned bond issue prospectus were released
