(Almaty), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange
(KASE), has provided KASE with a copy of a letter from the National Bank of the
Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank) of November 13, 2014 of approval of the
report on results of placement of bonds KZ2C0Y08E218 (KZ2C00001741, KASE
official list, Rated Debt Securities category, KZIKb23; KZT1, KZT15.0 bn;
April 2, 2012 – April 2, 2020, semi-annual coupon 7.00 % p.a., 30/360) in the
period from April 3 to October 2, 2014.
According to the provided letter, as of October 2, 2014 14,993,000,000 bonds
remained unplaced.
