/KASE, November 25, 14/ – Bank CenterCredit JSC (Almaty), the representative of holders of mortgage bonds KZP07Y10C336 (KZ2C00000461, TEBNb18; KZT0.01, KZT10.0 bn; March 15, 2010 – March 15, 2020; floating semi-annual coupon, 8.10 % APR in the current coupon period; 30/360) of Temirbank JSC (Almaty), listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE of a random check of the pledged property securing Temirbank's obligations on the mentioned bonds according to data from the pledge registry as of October 1, 2014. Based on the check conducted Bank CenterCredit JSC has informed of the following: quote ... the check results showed compliance of the pledged assets and coverage ratio of the mortgage bonds with the bonds' issue prospectus and pledge agreement.
