informed KASE of approval by the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan
(National Bank) of the report on placement results of bonds KZP02Y07D885
(KZ2C00002418, KASE official list, Rated Debt Securities category, LARIb3;
KZT1, KZT10.0 bn; September 30, 2013 – September 30, 2020, semi-annual coupon
8.00 % APR, 30/360) of AsiaCredit Bank JSC for the period from March 31 to
September 30, 2014.
According to the letter provided as of March 30, 2014, 944,581 piece of the
mentioned bonds was outstanding.
