/KASE, November 28, 14/ – AsiaCredit Bank JSC (Almaty), whose bonds are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter
informed KASE of approval by the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan
(National Bank) of the report on results of offering of the bank's shares.
According to the letter provided ordinary shares were not offered in the
reporting period.
