Qazaq Banki says administrative sanction was canceled

/KASE, November 26, 14/ – Qazaq Banki JSC (Almaty, hereinafter – the Bank), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE that "Almaty special inter-district administrative court on November 13, 2014 cancelled Resolution No. 005173 dated October 23, 2014 of Almaly district tax office in Almaty on imposing of an administrative sanction according to article 217 part 1 of Kazakhstan's Administrative Violations Code, and the relevant proceeding has been ceased due to minority of the committed administrative violation".
