/KASE, December 2, 14/ – Following a decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange
(KASE or the Exchange) Management Board the term of subscription to ordinary
shares KZ1C34930012 (KZ1C00000959, KASE official list, first category, KEGC) of
Kazakhstan Electricity Grid Operating Company "KEGOC" JSC (Astana, hereinafter –
KEGOC) as part of program "The Peoples' IPO" has been extended to
December 5, 2014 inclusive.
This decision was taken by KASE Management Board based on items 6 and 7 of
article 2 of the Rules of subscription to securities

Exchange receiving an official letter from Subsidiary organization of Halyk Bank
of Kazakhstan "Halyk Finance" (Almaty), acting as the seller during the
subscription to the mentioned shares, on moving the term of orders collection
from December 3 to December 5, 2014.
We remind you that orders for participation in the subscription individuals can
submit only through KASE stock market members. These members will be able
to submit the collected orders secured by money to KASE trading system until
December 9 inclusive.
