Extraordinary general meeting of Kazinvestbank shareholders scheduled for December 30, 2014

/KASE, December 3, 14/ – Kazinvestbank JSC (Almaty, hereinafter – the bank), securities of which are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that on December 30, 2014 at 16:00 o'clock an extraordinary general meeting of its shareholders starts. The only issue on the meeting agenda is approval of the bank's revised charter. The meeting will be held at: 172 Dostyk Ave., Almaty.
