/KASE, December 5, 14/ – RG Brands JSC (Almaty), whose securities are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided to KASE a copy of an
official letter of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (National
Bank) on approval of the report on results of redemption of bonds KZPC3Y07B982
(KZ2C00001469, RGBRb6) of RG Brands JSC (Almaty).
According to the report provided, as of October 25, 2014 bonds of the mentioned
issue were redeemed in full.
The report on results of redemption of the mentioned bonds and letter of the
