/KASE, December 10, 14/ – Following a decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange
(KASE or the Exchange) Management Board the term of subscription to ordinary
shares KZ1C24600013 (KZ1C00000413) of Mangistau Distribution Power Grid
JSC (Aktau) has been extended to December 19, 2014 inclusive.
This decision was taken by KASE Management Board based on item 7
of article 2 of the Rules of subscription to securities

Exchange receiving an official letter from ASYL-INVEST JSC (Almaty), acting as
the seller during the subscription to the mentioned shares, on moving the
deadline for orders collection from buyers from December 10 to December 19,
2014.
According to the said letter the date of provision to the Seller of the register
of orders collected by the Exchange – December 22, 2014. The date of provision
to the Exchange of the register of executed orders – December 26, 2014. The
deadline for settlements – December 29, 2014.
