/KASE, December 11, 14/ – Subsidiary Bank Sberbank of Russia JSC
(Almaty), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange
(KASE), has provided KASE with the following press-release:

Sberbank and Damu Entrepreneurship Development Fund have signed a loan
agreement for 4 billion tenge which will be used to finance subjects of small
and medium-sized enterprises in the manufacturing and services sectors.
These funds were allocated from the National Fund within the second tranche
from 1 trillion tenge intended for development of economy and sale of
infrastructure projects of the country. The total amount of the second tranche
was 50 bln.tenge, which are allocated through Entrepreneurship Development
Fund Damu JSC.
