As of December 12, 2014 bonds KZ2C0Y05E347 (KZ2C00001931, SMAYb1) of Shymkentmai removed from KASE official list at issuer request

/KASE, December 12, 14/ – Following a decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing Commission, as of December 12, 2014 bonds KZ2C0Y05E347 (KZ2C00001931, KASE official list, Rated Debt Securities category, SMAYb1; KZT1,000, KZT1.5 bn; February 11, 2013 – February 11, 2018; annual coupon 9.00 % APR; 30/360) of Shymkentmai JSC (Shymkent) are removed from KASE official list at issuer request. In KASE conclusion of December 4, 2014 it is said that KASE received from Shymkentmai JSC the following documents: - an application of December 2, 2014 for voluntary delisting of the mentioned shares; - a copy of an extract from the system of registries of holders of the mentioned bonds according to which as of November 26, 2014 all the said bonds of Shymkentmai JSC in the amount of 1,500,000 pieces were placed with its personal account for accounting of authorized securities. - an extract from the Minutes of the Board of Directors of Shymkentmai JSC of November 28, 2014 where unanimous decision on voluntary delisting of the mentioned bonds was taken; Based on the abovementioned and in accordance with sub-item 1) item 1 Article 19 of KASE internal document "Listing Rules" the mentioned bonds were delisted. The mentioned bonds were included in KASE official list's Rated Debt Securities category as of February 11, 2013. Trade in them opened as of May 8, 2013.
