Agricultural credit corporation announces payment of dividends on ordinary shares due for 2013

/KASE, December 15, 14/ – Agricultural credit corporation JSC (Astana), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE "of payment of dividends on November 27, 2014 to the amount of KZT393,884,100 due for 2013. Following a decision of Management Board of NMH "KazAgro" JSC (Sole shareholder) No. 32 of June 9, 2014, the dividend payout date was determined until November 30, 2014, dividend per ordinary share makes up KZT5.31".
