/KASE, December 18, 14/ – Bank Kassa Nova JSC (Astana), whose bonds are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter
informed KASE that Specialized Interdistrict Economic Court of Astana, Civil and
Administrative Appellate Division of Astana Court, the bank was drawn to
administrative liability for "Administrative violation in the form of commission
of an action provided for in part 1 of Article 168-3 of Kazakhstan's
Administrative Violations Code.".
