/KASE, December 22, 14/ – ATFBank JSC (Almaty), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE of its being drawn to administrative responsibility following Resolution of Auezov district tax office in Almaty dated December 11, 2014 "for administrative breach in form of actions provided for in part two of article 216 of Kazakhstan's Administrative Violations Code".
