RG Brands imposed administrative sanction

/KASE, December 26, 14/ – RG Brands JSC (Almaty, hereinafter – the Company), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE that by Resolution of National bank of Republic of Kazakhstan of December 18, 2014 an administrative sanction was imposed under the case of administrative violation for "untimely disclosure by the Company of information on its activities according to article 199 of Kazakhstan's Administrative Violations Code".
