/KASE, December 29, 14/ – ATFBank JSC (Almaty), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that on January 22, 2015 at 11:00 o'clock a general meeting of holders of bonds KZP01Y05E608 (KZ2C00002509, KASE official list, Rated Debt Securities category, ATFBb9) will be held, with the agenda as follows: - approval of the agenda of the general meeting of holders of the said bonds; - appointing the Chairman of the meeting; - approval of changes in the conditions of issue of the said bonds. The said meeting will be held at 98a Panfilov street, Almaty. Registration of participants of the said meeting will be carried out from 10:00 to 10:45 o'clock.
