whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), today
by an official letter informed KASE of the following:

agency "Expert RA Kazakhstan" LLP confirmed creditworthiness rating of the
Company at the level of А+ (a very high level of creditworthiness) and
