Atameken-Agro announces change in Management Board

/KASE, January 8, 15/ – Atameken-Agro JSC (Kokshetau, hereinafter – the Company), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE that its Board of Directors on December 30, 2014 took the decision "To appoint Nurtaza Baytenov as the Deputy Chairman of the Management Board for Economy from January 5, 2015 for a period until the expiration of the term of the executive body of JSC Atameken-Agro JSC".
