/KASE, January 13, 15/ – Bank CenterCredit JSC (Almaty), whose securities
are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE
with a copy of a letter from the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan
(National Bank) dated January 8, 2015 according to which, the National Bank
approved the report on results of offering of bonds KZP04Y03D211
(KZ2C00002640, KASE official list, Other Debt Securities, CCBNb24) of Bank
CenterCredit JSC for the period from October 26 to November 27, 2014.
According to the letter provided, as of November 27, 2014 the said bonds are
fully placed.
