/KASE, January 13, 15/ – Bank CenterCredit JSC (Almaty), whose securities
are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE
with a copy of a notice from the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan
(National Bank) dated December 30, 2014 according to which, the National Bank
approved the report on results of offering of bonds KZP03Y15D217 (KZ2C00000594,
KASE official list, Other Debt Securities, CCBNb23) of Bank CenterCredit JSC for
the period from May 27 to November 26, 2014.
According to the letter, as of November 26, 2014 26,640,670 of the said bonds
remained unplaced.
