Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing Commission of January 8, 2015,
bonds KZP03Y07D701 (KZ2C00003069; KZT1,000, KZT100.0 bn; January 14,
2015 – January 14, 2022, annual coupon 8.75 % p.a., 30/360) of
Kazkommertsbank JSC (Almaty) were included in the Other Securities category
of KASE official list.
The Listing Commission decision is effective as of January 14, 2015 as the
issuer fulfilled terms set in sub-item 2) of item 1 of Article 18 of KASE
internal document "Listing Rules".
Kazkommerts Securiries JSC (subsidiary organization of Kazkommertsbank
JSC) (Almaty) is the financial consultant and underwriter of Kazkommertsbank
JSC.
BCC Invest JSC, subsidiary organization of Bank CenterCredit JSC (Almaty),
is the representative of holders of the said bonds.
The said bonds were assigned abbreviation (trade code) KKGBb11.
