/KASE, January 19, 15/ – National managing holding "KazAgro" JSC (Astana), whose
bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), today provided
KASE with the following information statement:

"KazAgro" National management holding announces start of applications receipt
from agricultural producers of the republic for financing of spring sowing and
harvesting of 2015.
Applications receipt and further financing of agrotechnical actions from assets
of budget loan is implementing by regional subdivisions of subsidiary companies
of the Holding – Food contract corporation and Agrarian credit corporation, and
second-tier banks – partners of the program. To carry out actions to support
agribusiness complex entities it is planning to allocate "KazAgro" National
management holding a budget loan in amount of 60 billion tenge.
