Eurasian Bank says National Bank of Republic of Kazakhstan approved report on shares offering

/KASE, January 20, 15/ – Eurasian Bank JSC (Almaty, hereinafter – the Bank), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE that "on January 12, 2015 the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved the report on results of the Bank shares offering".
