International bonds XS0441261921, US48667QAC96 (KMGZe3) of National company KazMunayGaz removed from KASE official list due to circulation term expiry

/KASE, January 23, 15/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) informs that as of January 22, 2015 international bonds XS0441261921, US48667QAC96 (KASE official list, category "debt securities of entities from the quasi-public sector", KMGZe3, $1,500.0 mln; July 23, 2009 – January 23, 2015; semi-annual coupon 11.75 % APR; 30/360) of National company "KazMunayGaz" JSC (Astana) were removed from KASE official list due to circulation term expiry. The mentioned bonds were included in the Rated Debt Securities category of KASE official list from November 9, 2010, and from January 1, 2015 they were transferred into the category "debt securities of entities from the quasi-public sector". Trades in them opened from February 8, 2011. During the circulation period of the mentioned bonds on KASE their price (on deals concluded by the open trade method) varied from KZT118.57 to 123.67.
