/KASE, January 23, 15/ – DBK-Leasing, subsidiary of joint-stock company Development Bank of Kazakhstan, JSC (Astana), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE that "on January 21, 2015 the Board of Directors of JSC "DBK-Leasing" (Minutes No.90) took note of information of early termination of powers of independent director, member of Board of Directors of JSC "DBK-Leasing" Askhat Userov as of January 12, 2015 at own request".
