General meeting of holders of bonds KZ2C0Y10D307 (KZ2C00001477, CTECb1) of Central-Asian power-energy company scheduled for February 24, 2015

/KASE, January 23, 15/ – Central-Asian power-energy company JSC (Almaty, hereinafter – the company), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that on February 24, 2015 at 11:00 o'clock a general meeting of holders of bonds KZ2C0Y10D307 (KZ2C00001477, KASE official list, category "other debt securities", CTECb1) will start. The sole issue on the meeting agenda is the issue of changing terms of issue of the mentioned bonds. The meeting will be held at 115 Bogenbai batyr street, conference-hall of Grand hotel Tyan-Shan, Almaty.
