Bonds KZP02Y02E751 (KZ2C00002889, NRBNb11) and KZP03Y07E758 (KZ2C00002897, NRBNb12) of Nurbank included in KASE official list's Other Debt Securities category

/KASE, January 26, 15/ – Following a decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing Commission of January 23, 2015, the following bonds of Nurbank JSC (Almaty) were included in the Other Debt Securities category of KASE official list: - KZP02Y02E751 (KZ2C00002889, KZT100, KZT20.0 bn; 2 years, fixed semi- annual coupon 4.00 % p.a., 30/360); - KZP03Y07E758 (KZ2C00002897, KZT100, KZT35.0 bn; 7 years, fixed semi- annual coupon 4.00 % p.a., 30/360). The Listing Commission decision's effective date will be announced additionally after the named issuer fulfills terms set in sub-item 2) of item 1 of article 18 of KASE internal document "Listing Rules". Opening of KASE trading in these bonds will also be announced additionally. The mentioned bonds issues are the second–third within the second bond program of Nurbank JSC registered by the National Bank of Republic of Kazakhstan on November 13, 2014 to the total amount of KZT100.0 bn and the eleventh–twelfth issue of the said issuer's "internal" bonds which underwent a listing procedure on KASE. MONEY EXPERTS JSC, subsidiary of Nurbank JSC (Almaty), is the said bonds underwriter. Centras Securities JSC (Almaty) is the representative of holders of the said bonds. The said bonds were assigned abbreviations (trade codes) NRBNb11 and NRBNb12, respectively.
