Bonds KZP07Y10D250 (KZ2C00003051, EUBNb14) of Eurasian Bank underwent listing procedure on KASE by Other Debt Securities category

/KASE, January 26, 15/ – Following a decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing Commission as of January 23, 2015, bonds KZP07Y10D250 (KZ2C00003051; KZT100, KZT18.0 bn; 10 years, fixed semi-annual coupon 9.00 % p.a., 30/360) of Eurasian Bank JSC (Almaty) were included in the Rated Debt Securities category of KASE official list. The Listing Commission decision's effective date will be announced additionally after the named issuer fulfills terms set in sub-item 2) of item 1 of article 18 of KASE internal document "Listing Rules". Opening of KASE trading in these bonds will also be announced additionally. The issue of the mentioned bonds is the seventh one under the second bond program of Eurasian Bank JSC registered by the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations on October 15, 2008 to the total amount of KZT100.0 bn and the fourteenth issue of the said issuer's "internal" bonds which underwent a listing procedure on KASE. Eurasian Capital JSC (Almaty) is the financial advisor and underwriter of Eurasian Bank JSC. Centras Securities JSC (Almaty) is the representative of holders of the mentioned bonds. The said bonds were assigned abbreviation (trade code) EUBNb14.
