/KASE, January 27, 15/ – As announced earlier, following a decision of
Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing Commission of January 23, 2015 the
following bonds of Nurbank JSC (Almaty) were included in the Other Securities
category of KASE official list:
- KZP02Y02E751 (KZ2C00002889, KZT100, KZT20.0 bn; January 27, 2015 –
January 27, 2017, fixed semi-annual coupon 4.00 % p.a., 30/360);
- KZP03Y07E758 (KZ2C00002897, KZT100, KZT35.0 bn; January 27, 2015 –
January 27, 2022, fixed semi-annual coupon 4.00 % p.a., 30/360).
The Listing Commission decision is effective as of January 27, 2015 as the
issuer fulfilled terms set in sub-item 2) of item 1 of Article 18 of KASE
internal document "Listing Rules".
MONEY EXPERTS JSC, subsidiary of Nurbank JSC (Almaty), is the said
bonds underwriter.
Centras Securities JSC (Almaty) is the representative of holders of the said
bonds.
The said bonds were assigned abbreviations (trade codes) NRBNb11 and
NRBNb12, respectively.
