/KASE, January 29, 15/ – Halyk – Kazakhinstrakh, subsidiary insurance company of Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan, JSC (Almaty), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE that following an absentee decision of its Board of Directors "on January 15, 2015 powers of member Chairman of Management Board of the Company Marat Satybaldin were early terminated upon his request; on January 15, 2015 Kamila Arystanbekova was appointed Chairman of Management Board of the Company.
