/KASE, January 30, 15/ – Imstalcon JSC (Almaty), whose bonds are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a copy of
a letter from the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank)
dated October 13, 2014, on approval by the National Bank of the report on
results of placement of bonds KZP02Y07D547 (KZ2C00000446, KASE official
list, Other Debt Securities category, IMSKb2) of Imstalcon JSC for the period
from October 9, 2013 to April 8, 2014.
According to the letter provided, no bonds were offered in the period under
review. As of April 8, 2014, 33,653,755 of the mentioned bonds remained
unplaced.
